Creating a Custom Subdomain

We support creating custom domains for your insurance program.

Instead of https://<partner_name>.prod.authenticinsurance.com, we can use https://<subdomain>.<partner-domain>.com, or any other domain/subdomain that you own. (We recommend insurance.<partner-domain>.com. That has a nice ring to it!)

Here are the instructions:

1. In your DNS, create a CNAME record from your custom domain to https://<partner_name>.prod.authenticinsurance.com.

2. Create the CNAME records provided by Authentic with your DNS provider to verify the TLS certificates that will be used to serve content through <subdomain>.mindbodyonline.com
